Job Description

The All Rounder Chef (Indian & Tandoor) is responsible for preparing authentic Indian cuisine, including tandoor dishes, while ensuring high food quality, consistency, and hygiene standards. The role requires hands-on expertise in both kitchen operations and tandoor cooking.

Requirements

Ability to work as an all-rounder chef independently

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook Indian curries, rice, breads, and tandoor items
Operate and maintain the tandoor oven efficiently
Plan daily prep and ensure timely service
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
