Who Can Apply

Eligibility Criteria

Whether you are a fresh hotel management graduate or a seasoned hospitality professional, there is a place for you in Europe.

Degree in Hotel Management or related field

Diploma holders with min. 1 year experience can also apply

B1-level German (online training will be given)

Open to relocation & adapting to European standards

Age between 25 and 35 years

Note on Specialisations

Candidates with specialisations in fine dining service, sommelier training, culinary arts, event management, or luxury property management are given preference during employer matching. Housekeeping and laundry management candidates from IHM or NCHMCT-affiliated colleges are also eligible to apply.

Graduates commonly secure roles in front-line positions such as Hotel Management Assistants, Restaurant Service specialists, system-catering experts, and front office administrators across leading European hotels.

For European placements (especially Germany), a B1/B2 level of German certificate is expected due to the customer-facing aspect of the industry. Accel Skill provides live preparation up to the matching level.
