Eligibility Criteria

We welcome both experienced nurses and fresh graduates ready to take on international careers.

B.Sc. Nursing or GNM

B2-level German (Hybrid training modules)

Freshers can apply

Age between 21 and 40 years

Additional Notes on Eligibility

Candidates with a GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) diploma are equally eligible. Work experience is preferred but not mandatory for freshers from B.Sc. Nursing backgrounds. Candidates with ICU, OT, or elder care specialisations are given preference during employer matching. We provide a detailed eligibility consultation during the initial screening.
