Job Description

Prepares ingredients for cooking (chopping, washing, measuring).
Assists main chefs in cooking and plating.
Maintains cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Handles storage and rotation of food items

Skills Required

Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations.Understanding of proper food handling, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness.Ability to chop, slice, and prepare ingredients efficiently.Ability to work under the supervision of chefs and coordinate with kitchen staff.
