Job Description

The Baker is responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and baked goods while maintaining high quality, taste, and hygiene standards. The role requires consistency, creativity, and adherence to food safety regulations.

Skills Required

Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipmentPrevious experience as a Baker in a bakery, hotel, or restaurantAbility to follow recipes and standard operating proceduresUnderstanding of food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements

Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle bakery operations
Willingness to work overtime when required
Team-oriented with good coordination skills

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake bread, rolls, pastries, and other bakery products
Operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers safely
Monitor baking times and temperatures for consistent results
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
