The Bell Boy is responsible for delivering high-quality guest services by assisting with luggage handling and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience for hotel guests.

Skills Required

Physically fit to handle luggage and stand for long hoursGood coordination and teamwork skillsAbility to understand and follow hotel SOPsAttention to detail and safety while handling guest belongingsWell-groomed appearance and personal hygiene

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years experience in a similar Bell Boy / hotel role
Physically fit to handle luggage and perform standing duties

Responsibilities

Handle guest luggage carefully and escort guests to their rooms
Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of lobby and luggage areas
Ensure guest satisfaction by providing courteous and efficient service
