Job Description

The Bell Boy is responsible for providing a warm welcome to guests upon arrival, assisting with luggage, escorting guests to their rooms, and ensuring an excellent first and last impression of the hotel. The role requires strong communication skills, courtesy, and attention to guest needs

Skills Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Polite, friendly, and presentable at all times.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a hotel or hospitality environment preferred

Responsibilities

Assist guests with their luggage during check-in and check-out.
Escort guests to their rooms, explain room features, and provide hotel information.
