Job Description

The Cake Baking Chef is responsible for preparing, baking, decorating, and presenting a wide range of cakes, including 3D and custom-designed cakes. The role requires creativity, technical baking skills, and consistency in quality while following food safety standards.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of cake baking and decoration techniquesExpertise in 3D cakes and standard cake designsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesBasic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a cake baker or pastry chef
  • Skilled in handling baking equipment and tools
  • Physically fit to work long hours (10-hour duty)

Responsibilities

  • Bake and decorate cakes as per orders and specifications
  • Maintain quality control for ingredients and finished products
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Assist in menu development and new cake designs
