Job Description

A Chef de Partie (CDP) – Cold Kitchen is responsible for managing and supervising the cold kitchen section. The role involves preparing high-quality cold dishes, ensuring food presentation standards, and assisting the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of cold kitchen food preparation and presentation.Leadership and team management skills.Good knife skills and food plating techniques.Knowledge of international cuisine and cold dishes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as CDP or in a similar role
  • Experience in hotel or restaurant kitchens
  • Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present cold kitchen dishes such as salads, cold appetizers, dressings, canapés, and platters.
  • Manage and supervise the cold kitchen section efficiently.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain proper food quality, taste, and hygiene standards.
