Job Description

The Chef de Partie (CDP) is responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standards in quality, taste, and presentation. The CDP works closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, following recipes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and supervising Commis and Demi Chefs within their section.
