Job Description

The CDP – Pastry is responsible for managing the pastry section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality desserts and baked goods, and ensuring consistency, presentation, and hygiene standards in a catering environment.

 

Skills Required

Expertise in cakes, desserts, breads, and plated dessertsCreative decoration and presentation skillsTime management and ability to handle bulk productionKnowledge of food hygiene and safety standardsAbility to work under pressure

Requirements

  • Minimum 7–8 years of pastry experience
  • Willing to work 12-hour duty shifts

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present a variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, and baked items
  • Manage daily operations of the pastry section
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
  • Create decorative and visually appealing dessert displays
