Job Description

  • Manage and supervise the pastry section during assigned shifts

  • Prepare a wide range of pastries, desserts, cakes, chocolates, and bakery items

  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all pastry products

  • Plan daily production and coordinate with the kitchen team

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of pastry, desserts, bakery, and chocolate workHands-on experience in 5-star hotel or high-end kitchen operationsKnowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standardsTime management and multitasking abilities

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a 5-star hotel
  • Strong knowledge of pastry and dessert production

Responsibilities

  • Handle the pastry section independently during shifts
  • Prepare and supervise production of cakes, desserts, chocolates, and bakery items Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
  • Supervise and guide commis staff in daily operations
  • Plan daily production and control wastage
