Job Description

A Chef de Partie (CDP), also known as a Station Chef or Line Cook, is responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.

Skills Required

Strong culinary knowledge in multiple cuisines.Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.Good leadership and team coordination skills.Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management.
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your specialty section (e.g., grill, pastry, sauce, or garnish
  • Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.
