The Commis I is responsible for carrying out food preparation tasks for the assigned station (e.g., Cold Kitchen/Garde Manger, Hot Line/Saucier) that specializes in Continental cuisine, ensuring all dishes meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene. This role is a training and development stage for a future Chef de Partie.
