Job Description

The Continental CDP Chef is responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene. The role involves supervising junior staff, maintaining consistency in dishes, and supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.

Requirements

Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a CDP or Demi Chef in a hotel or restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present continental cuisine dishes to hotel standards.
Ensure portion control, quality, and consistency in all menu items.
