Job Description

The Conti Cook will be responsible for preparing and presenting a wide range of continental dishes in a hotel kitchen setting. The role involves maintaining food quality, taste, and presentation standards while ensuring kitchen hygiene and safety. The candidate should have experience working in reputed hotels with strong expertise in continental cuisine.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of continental cuisine (Italian, French, Mediterranean,Ability to prepare and plate a variety of dishes with precision.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience in live cooking and continental food preparation..
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the continental section of a reputed hotel.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and plate continental dishes such as pasta, grilled meats, sauces, soups, and salads.
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in the kitchen area.
