Job Description

The Continental Cook will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting continental cuisine dishes as per company standards. The role requires expertise in European and Western-style cooking, maintaining food quality, hygiene, and kitchen efficiency.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of continental cuisine (Italian, French, Mediterranean, etc.)Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in taste and presentationSkill in time management and handling multiple orders efficiently

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Continental Cook in a hotel, restaurant, or catering setup.
  • Diploma or certification in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes served.
  • Prepare, cook, and present continental dishes such as pasta, grilled meats, soups, salads, and sauces.
