Job Description

The Demi Chef de Partie, Continental, works under the direct supervision of the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef. Their primary responsibility is to assist in the daily operations of a designated station (e.g., Sauté, Grill, or Cold Larder for Continental dishes), ensuring all food production meets the establishment's high-quality and hygiene standard

Requirements

  • A Culinary Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or Hotel Management from a recognized institution is highly preferred.
