The Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) assists the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations, including preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in the Continental and Italian sections. The role involves maintaining food safety standards, ensuring consistency in quality, and supporting junior chefs to achieve smooth and efficient kitchen performance.

Requirements

  • Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or an equivalent field
