Job Description

The Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) – Pastry & Bakery assists the Pastry Chef and CDP in preparing high-quality desserts, pastries, and bakery items for a fine dining restaurant. The role involves maintaining consistency, creativity, and precision in all bakery and dessert preparations while following hygiene and safety standards.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of pastry and bakery production techniques.Creativity in dessert design and plating presentation.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts, Bakery, or Pastry.
  • Understanding of both traditional and modern pastry techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, cakes, and desserts according to restaurant standards
  • Assist in the development and presentation of new pastry and bakery recipes.
