Job Description

The Demi Chef de Partie (Pastry & Bakery) assists the Chef de Partie in the preparation and production of high-quality baked goods, pastries, and desserts. The role focuses on creativity, precision, and consistency to ensure exceptional presentation and taste in all pastry and bakery items.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of baking, pastry techniques, and dessert presentation.Creativity and passion for pastry and bakery arts.

Requirements

Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts, specializing in Pastry & Bakery.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a bakery, pastry shop, or hotel pastry section.

Responsibilities

Support the Chef de Partie in daily pastry operations.
Assist in preparing and baking breads, pastries, desserts, and other baked items according to recipes and standards.
