Job Description

The European & Continental Chef is responsible for preparing and presenting authentic European and Continental cuisine while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, and kitchen hygiene.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of European & Continental cuisinesUnderstanding of food safety and hygiene standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced kitchen environmentTeam player with good communication skills

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a European/Continental Chef
Culinary diploma or Hotel Management qualification preferred

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook European & Continental dishes as per menu standards
Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and work areas
Follow standardized recipes and portion control
