The F&B Services Captain is responsible for supervising food and beverage service operations during assigned shifts, ensuring high service standards, guest satisfaction, and smooth coordination between service staff and kitchen.

Requirements

Previous experience as F&B Captain / Senior Waitress in a hotel or restaurant
Good communication skills in English

Responsibilities

Supervise and guide F&B service staff during daily operations
Ensure excellent guest service and handle guest requests or complaints professionally
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely and accurate service
Take food and beverage orders and ensure correct delivery
