Job Description

The F&B Service Intern assists the Food & Beverage department in delivering high-quality dining experiences across restaurants, cafés, bars, and banquets. This role provides hands-on exposure to customer service, table setup, order handling, and coordination with kitchen teams. Interns will work closely with senior servers and supervisors to understand global hospitality service standards.

Skills Required

Good communication and interpersonal skillAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentBasic knowledge of restaurant service is an advantage (not mandatory).

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields. Candidates from non-hospitality backgrounds may also apply if they have a strong interest in service.
  • Freshers can apply – no prior experience required. Any part-time hotel/restaurant experience will be an added benefit.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
  • Present menus, explain dishes or specials, and take accurate food & beverage orders.
  • Serve food and drinks following hotel service standards.
