Job Description

The F&B Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene in all outlets. The role involves coordinating staff, monitoring service performance, and ensuring smooth dining operations in line with hotel standards.

Skills Required

Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as F&B Supervisor or Senior Captain in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support restaurant, bar, and room service teams during operations.
Ensure guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service.
