Job Description

The F&B Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the restaurant or outlet, ensuring high-quality service, staff performance, and guest satisfaction. This role supports management in planning, supervising, and coordinating all food and beverage activities to maintain operational excellence and brand standards.

Skills Required

Ability to lead, motivate, and guide the service team.Strong guest engagement and hospitality attitude.Clear and effective verbal communication with guests and staff.Deep understanding of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and cooking styles.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 1–2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant or outlet
Supervise and guide Captains, Waiters, Runners, and other service staff.
Greet guests and ensure exceptional customer service is delivered.
