Job Description

A Front Office Associate is responsible for delivering excellent guest service at the reception area. The role includes guest check-in/check-out, handling inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for all guests.

Skills Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressureGood command over English; additional languages are an advantage.Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Diploma/degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
  • Freshers with excellent communication may be considered (depending on employer).

Responsibilities

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Provide hotel information, services, and local area guidance to guests.
  • Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
