Job Description

The Front Office Associate is responsible for delivering excellent guest service at the reception desk. This role involves welcoming guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay for all hotel guests.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality
  • Customer service or guest relations training

Responsibilities

  • Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints courteously
  • • Handle cash, card payments, and invoicing as per hotel policy
  • Ensure front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable
