A Front Office Executive (Female) is responsible for managing the reception area, providing excellent guest service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day hotel front desk operations. She acts as the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly personality to ensure guests have a positive first impression and memorable stay

Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma required.
