Job Description

The Front Office Intern supports the daily operations of the hotel’s reception area. This role provides hands-on exposure to guest services, front desk procedures, reservations, and communication management. The intern will work under the guidance of senior front office staff and gain a strong understanding of hospitality service standards in an international environment.

Skills Required

Good communication skills in EnglishBasic computer knowledge; familiarity with MS Office or hotel PMS is an advantage.Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle pressure during peak hours.Positive personality, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Tourism, or any related field.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Assist with room allocation, issuing room keys, and updating guest records.
