Job Description

The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel’s front desk and ensuring excellent guest service. This role involves supervising the front office team, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, resolving guest complaints, and ensuring that all front desk procedures are followed in accordance with hotel policies and standards.

Skills Required

Ability to interact professionally with guests, staff, and management.Strong focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality.Capable of supervising, training, and motivating the front office teamEfficient in managing check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and daily reports

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
