Job Description

The Guest Service Agent is the first point of contact for hotel guests, responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the front desk. This role involves managing check-ins and check-outs, handling guest inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience. Candidates should have experience using Opera or similar front office management software and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
