Job Description

We are currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Guest Service Agent (Male) to join the Front Office team at our 4-star hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have prior experience using Opera or similar hotel management software and will be responsible for delivering a high standard of guest service from check-in to check-out.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or guest service role in a hotel
Experience working with Opera PMS or similar hotel management software is required
Well-groomed and presentable with a professional demeanor
