Job Description

The Head Chef is responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, maintaining hygiene standards, managing kitchen staff, and controlling food costs while delivering consistent and innovative dishes.

Skills Required

Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operationsAbility to manage cost control and inventoryKnowledge of international and/or specialized cuisines (as required)Strong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Proven experience as a Head Chef in hotel, restaurant, or café operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and supervise all kitchen operations
Prepare and present high-quality dishes as per menu standards
Develop menus, recipes, and food presentations
Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure proper maintenance
