Job Description

The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests and plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and pleasant dining experience. She greets guests warmly, manages reservations, escorts them to tables, and ensures excellent service coordination between guests and the restaurant team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong customer service orientation.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Hostess or in a guest-facing hospitality role preferred.
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and reservation systems.

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival.
Provide menus and introduce guests to their server.
