Job Description

  • Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and hotel public areas

  • Ensure rooms are prepared according to hotel cleanliness standards

  • Change linens, replace towels, and restock guest amenities

  • Report maintenance issues or lost & found items to the supervisor

  • Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel service standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hotel housekeeping preferred
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment

Responsibilities

  • Ensure rooms are cleaned and ready within the given time schedule
  • Change bed linens, towels, and amenities regularly
  • Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times
  • Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly
