Housekeeping staff are responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas in a 5-star hotel, ensuring high standards of comfort and safety.

Skills Required

Knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standardsAttention to detail and high cleanliness standardsProper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipmentTime management and ability to complete tasks efficientlyPhysical stamina and ability to work long hours

Requirements

Hotel or restaurant experience preferred (freshers may apply)
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Welcome and assist guests in restaurants and outlets
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve food and drinks professionally and timely
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations
