Job Description

The Indo-Chinese Cook is responsible for preparing authentic Indo-Chinese dishes by maintaining high standards of taste, quality, hygiene, and presentation. The role requires experience in Chinese cooking techniques adapted to Indian flavors.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Indo-Chinese Cook

Responsibilities

Ensure food quality, taste consistency, and timely preparation
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of shortage
