An International Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting a wide variety of international cuisines while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety

Skills Required

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standardsTeam player with good communication skillsWillingness to work shiftsPhysically fit and able to stand for long hours

Requirements

Experience in international cuisine (Continental / Asian / Mediterranean
Hotel Management or Culinary Diploma preferred

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook international dishes as per menu standards
Follow standardized recipes and portion control
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistent
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and workstations
