Job Description

The Food & Beverage (F&B) Service staff is responsible for providing excellent dining service to guests, ensuring a pleasant experience through prompt, courteous, and professional service in restaurants, cafés, banquets, or room service areas.

Skills Required

Good communication and customer service skills.Pleasant personality and professional appearance.Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.Willingness to learn and adapt in a hospitality environment.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
Physically fit to stand for long working hours.

Responsibilities

Ensure cleanliness of tables, chairs, and service areas.
Serve food and beverages according to hotel/restaurant standards.
Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.
Support senior staff during peak hours and events.
