Job Description

The Kitchen Helper supports the kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness, assisting in basic food preparation, and ensuring that all utensils and cooking equipment are clean and ready for use. This entry-level role is essential for the smooth operation of the kitchen and maintaining hygiene standards.

Skills Required

Ability to wash, peel, cut, and portion vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients correctlyBasic familiarity with kitchen tools like peelers, slicers, and dishwashing machines.

Requirements

Understanding of food hygiene and sanitation standards
Punctual, reliable, and willing to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, sinks, and floors.
Assist chefs and cooks with basic prep work during busy service hours.
