Job Description

The Kitchen Incharge oversees the daily operations of the kitchen in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment. This role ensures that all food is prepared efficiently, safely, and in line with quality standards. The Kitchen Incharge is responsible for supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, maintaining hygiene standards, and coordinating closely with front-of-house and management teams to deliver a smooth and efficient food service operation.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or Food Production.
  • strong understanding of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and menu execution.
  • Effective team leadership and staff supervision skills.
