Job Description

The Multi-Cuisine Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of dishes across Indian and Tandoor cuisines while maintaining high standards of hygiene, taste, and quality. The role demands versatility, creativity, and efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Requirements

  • Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management (preferred).
  • Experience in Indian and Tandoor sections is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes from Indian and Tandoor cuisines, including curries, gravies, biryanis, kebabs, breads, and appetizers.
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standards.
