Job Description

The Pastry & Bakery Chef is responsible for preparing high-quality pastries, desserts, breads, and baked goods while maintaining excellent presentation, taste, and food safety standards. The role requires creativity, consistency, and the ability to work efficiently in a professional kitchen environment.

Skills Required

Ability to work with chocolate, creams, doughs, and fillings.Good time management and ability to work under pressure.Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Pastry & Bakery Chef (hotel, bakery, or restaurant).

Responsibilities

Follow standardized recipes and production schedules.
Decorate and present desserts attractively
Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry and bakery section.
