Job Description

Prepare and produce a wide range of pastries, breads, cakes, desserts, and bakery items
Follow standard recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines
Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and consistency
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery and work area as per food safety standards
Monitor baking times, temperatures, and ingredient quality

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of bakery and pastry techniquesExperience in bread making, cakes, desserts, and basic chocolate workAbility to work with ovens, mixers, and bakery equipmentTime management and multitasking skills

Requirements

Assist in menu development and seasonal dessert planning
Manage daily bakery production and ensure timely service
Proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished products
