Job Description

Assist senior pastry chefs in preparation of cakes, pastries, desserts, and bakery items
Prepare mise en place for daily pastry production
Support baking, mixing, decorating, and plating activities
Follow standard recipes, portion control, and presentation guideline

Skills Required

Basic knowledge of pastry and dessert preparationHands-on skills in baking, mixing, and basic decorationUnderstanding of hygiene and food safety standardsAbility to follow instructions and recipes accurately

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a 5-star hotel
Good English communication skills
