Job Description

We are hiring a Hotel Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide excellent guest service. The ideal candidate will have prior hotel experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests and must ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.

Skills Required

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel systemsAbility to work long shifts (10 hours)Ability to handle pressure and multitaskTeam player with problem-solving skills

Requirements

  • Previous hotel experience is mandatory
  • Good communication skills in English

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests professionally
