Job Description

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and profitability.

Skills Required

Good knowledge of restaurant operations and cost controlAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving and decision-making skillsKnowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills

Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant management
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management preferred

Responsibilities

Control food and labor costs to meet budget targets
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
Supervise, train, and schedule restaurant staff
