Job Description

The Sous Chef is responsible for supervising and coordinating all kitchen activities, ensuring consistent quality, taste, and presentation of Indian and Asian dishes. The role involves assisting the Executive Chef in menu planning, staff training, and maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen efficiency.

Skills Required

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Indian and Asian cuisine, preferably in fine dining or 5-star hotels.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Chef in managing all kitchen operations.
  • Supervise daily food preparation for Indian and Asian cuisine, ensuring authentic flavors and top-quality presentation.
