Job Description

  • Support the Head Chef in overall kitchen management

  • Supervise daily food production and kitchen staff

  • Ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours

  • Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standard

Skills Required

Strong leadership and team management skillsExcellent knowledge of kitchen operations and workflowsExpertise in food safety, hygiene & HACCP standardsMenu planning and food costing knowledge

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Professional culinary background preferred
  • Experience in handling multi-cuisine or high-volume kitchens

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and managing daily kitchen operations
  • Supervise food preparation to ensure quality, taste, and presentation standards
  • Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff, including CDPs and commis chefs
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
